Join our remote team
and play a key role in upholding Mental Health Parity (MHP) requirements. You'll be a Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing guidance, support, and training on MHP compliance. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and contribute to a mission-driven organization.
What You'll Do:
Ensure we meet all MHP regulations.
Act as the MHP resource for internal and external teams.
Stay up-to-date on MHP regulations and industry best practices.
Develop and deliver MHP training programs.
Support data collection and respond to inquiries and audits related to MHP.
Partner with various departments to implement MHP compliance strategies.
Conduct research and analyze data to identify and address potential compliance risks.
We're looking for someone with:
5+ years of experience in business operations, regulatory affairs, or compliance (healthcare or related field preferred).
Strong understanding of healthcare operations, regulations, and reimbursement models.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.
Collaborative and results-oriented mindset.
Bonus points if you have:
Experience working in healthcare, managed care, or government.
Knowledge of Mental Health Parity laws and regulations.
Project management or quality management experience.
Legal research skills.
