Maryville Memory Care has an opportunity for an energetic, creative, organized, people-person who loves working with seniors. As a Memory Care Administrator you will oversee the operations of the memory care program, aligning resident's needs, state regulations, and the companies policies and procedures to provide exceptional care to residents. This is a 16 bed Memory Care unit.

Communicate with residents and family members, including changes in care needs and facilitating quarterly service plan meetings. Responsible for screening, hiring, training and supervising all staff. Including: managing performance, conducting timely performance reviews, tracking training requirements, maintaining records, approving time and attendance records. Assist in preparing an annual operating budget for approval by the President and allocate the resources to carry out programs and activities of Maryville What you'll need:  Must have an Oregon Residential Care Facility Administrator license - REQUIRED High school diploma- REQUIRED Experience in a supervisory capacity, preferably in a residential care facility,Retirement Community or Assisted Living Facility. Knowledgeable of Assisted Living operational standards and requirements of participation.  Must be familiar with the laws, regulations and guidelines governing personnel administration. Able to make independent decisions and work harmoniously with and supervise other personnel. Able to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies and the general public. Create and uphold an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, and a calm and cheerful environment. Maintain confidentiality of all resident care information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines and uphold procedures to ensure all staff are trained and in compliance with this policy. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times. Regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms; frequently required to stand walk, talk, sit, and hear; occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach above shoulder height, reach below the waist, or lift as needed throughout the work day.
