Build productive trust relationships with coworker Use Down Time effectively to maintain order and cleanliness of the spa Continue to upgrade and enhance the client's experience by optimizing and upgrading their services. We expect our clients to know we care about their Wellness Journey. We expect our FDAs to finish their opening, mid-shift and closing tasks. Expect sales to be a main focal point.
