Responsibilities
• Prospect leads through various methods and engage with potential members• Maintain long-term clientele and grow membership through sales and excellent service• Learn and utilize club and CRM software to manage workflow• Resolve problems and answer questions in a professional and caring manner• Collaborate with other teams and demonstrate administrative excellence• Organize and manage promotion initiatives• Acquire leads through contacting, messaging, or emailing potential members• Resolve member concerns and provide excellent customer service• Welcome visitors and assist with administrative tasks at the front desk
Requirements
• Strong desire to achieve production targets• Outstanding organizational skills and time management• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within 60 days• Strong computer skills, especially with MS Office• 1 year of sales or similar experience desired• High school graduate or equivalent• Prior customer-facing or customer service experience required
