Wash Monkey Car Wash is seeking dedicated and passionate individuals to join our team as Membership Sales Associates (MSA). As the face of Wash Monkey, you'll be the first person to greet our customer upon entering the jungle. Your role is to help assist the customer with which jungle pass or wash best fits their vehicle's need. Your passion and enthusiasm for sales will be the guiding force to transform every customer interaction into a memorable experience.
Responsibilities: Work with an amazing team in an adventurous and fun environment. Build trusting relationships with customers and recommend products and services that best meet their vehicle's needs. Always be ready to assist customers with menu options, distribute printed materials to customers. Safely and politely direct customers into the car wash tunnel. Help maintain the location's appearance and cleanliness. Requirements: Help customers at pay stations. Ability to assist customers at all times. High energy with a positive attitude and interest in being active outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Previous customer service or sales experience preferred. A team-player attitude and a strong work ethic. Must be willing to undergo a background check.
