POSITION: Member Solutions Specialist
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Recovers Credit Union assets within legal limitations. Responsible for recovery of NSF negative shares and delinquent loans by reviewing member accounts and contacting members by telephone or in writing, recording all contacts and/or transactions. Initiates repossession order on Credit Union collateral as necessary, determining wholesale blue book value and condition of collateral upon repossession and disposition of repossessed collateral. Responds to all notifications from the courts on member accounts regarding garnishments, levies, probate, estate accounts, bankruptcies etc. Works with supervisor and/or Credit Union attorney to determine appropriate action on legal issues surrounding delinquent accounts. Prepares files for legal action and represents Credit Union at necessary court proceedings.
QUALIFICATIONS: Oral, written communication and problem resolution skills. Ability to stay on task and complete work queues, respectful, polite, yet firm communication skills and being a team worker/contributor. Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
STARTING SALARY: Minimum $18 per hour, Depending on Experience.

WORK LOCATION: Admin Building, Bend
PROPOSED SCHEDULE: Full-time employees are scheduled to work 8:00-5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (6 p.m. some Fridays)
