Responsibilities
• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service• Handle all front desk related activities• Answer phones and assist callers with questions• Check members into the system• Sign up new members• Take prospective members on tours• Update member accounts as needed• Respond to member questions and concerns• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
Requirements
• Customer service background preferred• Basic computer proficiency• Passion for fitness and health• Upbeat and positive attitude• Punctuality and reliability• Exceptional customer service skills• Strong listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve• Demonstrate diplomacy in all interactions• High School diploma/GED equivalent• Must be 18 years of age or older
