Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service.• Check members into the system.• Take prospective members on tours and assist with account sign-up.• Facilitate updates to member's accounts.• Respond to member questions and concerns.• Perform detailed cleaning in all areas of the facility.
Requirements
• Exceptional customer service skills.• Positive attitude.• Customer service background preferred.• High school diploma/GED required.• Must be 18 years or older.
