Essential Functions:
Customer relationship management systems to support data clean up, process membership requirements, and follow up on leads throughout the recruitment, placement, and background check processes.
Finalize the Volunteer Agreement – Role in salesforce for accurate tracking of volunteer status.
Manual entries using our CRM system to process memberships and update member accounts.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and volunteers.
Competencies:
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of girls, volunteers, and staff.
Able to project a warm, inviting and trustworthy presence virtually and over the phone.
Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality specifically pertaining to background checks and signed volunteer agreements.
Required Education and Experience:
High School diploma with six months database experience; or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
Proficiency of Microsoft Office Suite, email and Internet applications.
Ability to learn new software as required.
Salesforce experience
3+ years of customer service experience
