Previous customer service experience is preferred, however if you have the drive and interpersonal skills to make every transaction an easy and pleasant experience for our members, we will train you on the rest.
Qualifications of Member Services Representatives: Previous experience in customer service, sales, call centers, or other related fields Previous Credit Union experience preferred Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Positive attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills This is a hybrid work from home position, requiring a portion of time to be spent in-person at the branch. Candidate must be able to work in the branch on a weekly basis.
The compensation for Member Services will include an impressive benefits package.
