Responsibilities
• Accurately and professionally handle member transactions• Maintain knowledge of Ent's products and services• Regularly refer members to appropriate products and services• Comply with credit union policies and procedures• Meet job training requirements• Maintain cash drawer following procedures• Adhere to Bank Secrecy Act regulations
Requirements
• High School Diploma/G.E.D. or Equivalent• 6+ months of customer service and cash handling experience• Sales experience• Proficient in basic math• Comfortable handling physical money• Exposure to Microsoft Outlook and web-based transactional systems• Ability to use 10-Key by touch preferred
