Responsibilities
• Builds relationships with credit union members in person and over the phone• Assesses, advises, and assists credit union members• Cross-sells products and services to meet member needs• Educates members about MACU products and services• Focuses on increasing member satisfaction and account retention• Meets production goals to help members• Maintains cash drawer and processes transactions accurately• Assists in opening and closing procedures• Travels within regional area to provide assistance and receive training• Represents credit union professionally and maintains work area
Requirements
• At least six months of customer service experience• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid driver's license• Basic computer operating skills• Beginner to intermediate Microsoft Office skills• Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute preferred• Thorough knowledge of credit union policies, procedures, and regulations• Ability to prepare loan documents and cross-sell financial services• Ability to perform mathematical calculations• Effective written and verbal communication skills
