Job Title: Enrollment Marketing Associate
About the Role:
Are you passionate about transforming lives through innovative marketing? Join our Member Marketing team as an Enrollment Marketing Associate! In this role, you'll be responsible for executing email campaigns and creating digital and print materials to engage both prospective and current members. Your expertise in email marketing and attention to detail will be essential in delivering targeted and personalized communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging print, email, SMS, and other marketing content.
Manage the member marketing calendar, including scheduling and deployment of campaigns.
Continuously A/B test and optimize campaigns to improve conversion and engagement rates.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to inform messaging strategies for different customer lifecycle stages.
Contribute positively to our small, agile team and tackle new projects as they arise.
Collaborate openly with team members and colleagues across the organization on cross-functional projects.
Demonstrate generosity of time and spirit when assisting with tasks that benefit the organization as a whole.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to seek automations and provide innovative solutions.
Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Creative and resourceful, with a knack for coming up with and implementing out-of-the-box ideas.
Exceptional attention to detail and execution-oriented.
Team player who can effectively partner with key stakeholders.
Passionate about digital health and eager to challenge the status quo in healthcare.
Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus.
