Responsibilities
• Provide a complete, in-person member service experience• Process transactions and maintain a balanced cash drawer• Open and maintain share accounts• Process and service loans, including consumer loans and home equities• Assist members in a friendly and professional manner• Educate current and prospective members about products and services• Address member concerns and take appropriate action to resolve• Support and assist other retail center locations
Requirements
• Sound judgment, professionalism, integrity, accuracy, and expediency• Adherence to established security safeguards, identification measures, and Credit Union policies and procedures• Ability to process transactions and use proper cash handling procedures• Experience in opening and maintaining share accounts• Experience in processing and servicing loans, including consumer loans and home equities• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative relationships• Positive attitude and adaptability in challenging situations• Good communication and interpersonal skills
