Details of the offer

About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join our team as a Member Experience Associate. This is an in-person hospitality role based on-site 5 days a week. Candidates must reside within an easy commuting distance of Denver, CO. We offer an attractive compensation package, including great commuter benefits!
As a Member Experience Associate, you will be the heart and soul of our member experience, truly aiming to create great days for all who enter our office. While each day may bring new challenges, here's a glimpse of what you can expect:
1. Setting the Stage: You will be the first friendly face our members see as you prepare the office for the day, brewing fresh coffee, setting out a delightful breakfast spread, and ensuring all shared amenities are well-stocked and inviting.
2. Proactive Problem-Solving: You will take ownership of managing inventory and ordering supplies for your location, ensuring we never run out of the essentials our members need for a productive day.
3. Event Mastery: You will plan and execute magnificent events, taking the extra time to design unique signage and decor because you understand that the magic lies in the details.
4. Seamless Onboarding: You will assist in onboarding new members into our systems, ensuring their first day in our office is seamless, memorable, and sets the tone for an exceptional experience.
5. IT Troubleshooting: Should any IT or WiFi issues arise, you will be the go-to person to tackle them, ensuring our members' productivity remains uninterrupted.
6. Local Marketing: You will have the opportunity to dip your toe into local marketing events, ensuring that prospective members understand the true value of our flexible solutions.
7. Tour Guide Extraordinaire: When our Community Manager is assisting another potential member, you will step in and provide engaging office tours, showcasing our offerings and fostering a welcoming environment.
We are dedicated to helping companies of all sizes find their ideal office home, where they can do their best work. Our team is redefining productivity by creating an unparalleled workplace experience. In this role, your passion for building relationships and fostering a strong community will be paramount.
You're the perfect fit if:
- No request is too big or too small - you find joy in restocking the fridge and fixing the printer with a smile.
- Meeting new people and working in a team energizes you. You thrive on supporting and assisting to help the larger plan come together.
- You can create order out of chaos and always plan ahead, coming up with solutions before problems arise.
- Resilience is your middle name. You understand the value of routine but are ready to navigate the inevitable bumps along the way.
- You're willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into the behind-the-scenes work, even when it's not glamorous.
- Continuous improvement is your mantra. You're always looking for ways to streamline processes and make things more efficient, as staying busy is your happy speed.
We offer a competitive hourly compensation of $21.40, with the successful candidate's actual base compensation determined by factors such as work experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and professional qualifications.
In addition to the base compensation, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- $500 Sign-on Bonus
- Commuter Stipend of $150 per quarter
- Travel stipend of $150 annually (after 90 days)
- End-of-Year Bonus of $1,500
- Sick pay as required by law
- Benefits bundle through Sequoia, including heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, wellness programs, professional development grants, 401k plan, and many other benefits, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and company policies.
