Position Title: Meeting & Event Manager
Position Summary:
The Meeting & Event Manager is responsible for the end-to-end planning and flawless execution of corporate events, partner engagements, training programs, and other special occasions. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced event planner to utilize their superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail to create memorable experiences that align with company values and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to conceptualize and develop creative event strategies and programs that bring the company's mission and values to life
- Manage all logistics for events from conception to completion including identifying venues, sourcing vendors, coordinating equipment rentals, arranging catering, managing registration, and creating detailed run-of-show schedules
- Negotiate favorable rates with event venues and vendors while maintaining strong relationships
- Create and manage event budgets, track expenses, process vendor payments, and ensure cost-effective spending
- Oversee event promotion through email campaigns, social media, and other marketing channels
- Recruit and manage volunteer teams to assist at events and programs
- Ensure brand consistency across all event materials, collateral, signage, presentations, etc.
- Travel to event locations to manage on-site setup, troubleshoot issues, and oversee production
- Collect participant feedback post-event and prepare reports summarizing insights and recommendations
- Maintain organization of all event documentation and files
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience independently planning and executing large-scale corporate events
- Strong vendor management skills and experience negotiating contracts
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Meticulous attention to detail to identify and solve problems before they happen
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Experience creating budgets and managing expenses
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong teamwork mentality and ability to collaborate effectively across departments
- Proficient with MS Office and event management technology
- Bachelor's degree in event management, hospitality, or related field preferred

Salary: $ 60,000.00 95,000.00 Per Year
