Responsibilities
• Prepare, process, and maintain enrollment and disenrollment requests• Verify and maintain eligibility requirements• Review and process CMS transactions• Reconcile eligibility discrepancies and submit retroactive changes• Conduct monthly enrollment data validations• Work on cross-functional tasks, projects, and follow-up• Identify trends for policy and process improvements• Ensure departmental policies are up to date• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required• 1 year of Medicare enrollment/Managed Care or related healthcare experience preferred• Experience with CMS system preferred• Understanding of healthcare as it relates to enrollment• Knowledge of enrollment and disenrollment processes• Familiarity with Medical Terminology preferred• Basic knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicare Advantage program(s) preferred• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills• Computer and data entry skills required• Ability to work independently and take initiative
