What You'll Be Doing: Perform laboratory testing and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure prompt and accurate results. Collect specimens using various techniques and adhere to regulatory standards including OSHA, CLIA, and Joint Commission regulations. Respond to emergencies promptly and operate/maintain laboratory instruments. Maintain quality control measures, keep accurate records, and report results efficiently. Work closely with the Laboratory Director, Pathologists, and Technologists to provide exceptional patient care. About You: Associate's (MLT) or Bachelor's (MT, MLS) degree in Medical Technology or related field. ASCP Certification required. Previous experience in a hospital setting preferred. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Commitment to excellence in laboratory testing and patient care.
