Responsibilities
• Performs a wide variety of clinical laboratory analyses• Evaluates individual and related laboratory data• Performs, reviews, and interprets complex chemical and hematological analyses• Integrates analytical results with clinical trial protocols• Operates, maintains, and troubleshoots laboratory equipment• Evaluates analytical reagents, calibrators, and quality control standards• Assists in ongoing statistical data analysis• Implements corrective action when indicated• Communicates effectively with diverse groups of people• Lifts and moves objects up to 25 pounds
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• Previous experience or equivalent combination of education and training• Excellent critical thinking skills• Good time management and organizational skills• Ability to multi-task• Good written and oral communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
