Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (Med Surg RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The Med Surg RN will collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with various medical conditions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction. Responsibilities: Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in the medical-surgical unit Monitoring patient conditions, vital signs, and treatment responses Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Providing patient and family education on disease management, treatment plans, and discharge instructions Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
