Join Kelly as a Medical Receptionist!
? Location: Nashville, TN
? Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
? Pay Rate: $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar
Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
Handle phone calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff members
Provide excellent customer service and ensure patient satisfaction
Requirements:
Prior experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in using computer systems and electronic medical records
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
