Trinity is searching for Phone Operators  for several medical clinics in the Tulsa area ! Pay :$15-$16/HR
Duties: Answer high volume phones, direct calls, answer questions, verifying appointments, verifying insurance, etc!

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 Years of Medical Office Experience Required
* Coordinate communication between patients, family members, medical staff, administrative staff, or regulatory agencies.
* Interview patients or their representatives to identify problems relating to care.
* Collect and report data on topics, such as patient encounters or inter-institutional problems, making recommendations for change when appropriate.
