Axes Physical Therapy is hiring a Medical Front Office Supervisor for their Hazelwood ClinicThe supervisor will be responsible for managing front office operations in a fast-paced outpatient physical therapy centerThe position requires effective communication, scheduling, and insurance verification skills

Responsibilities
• Perform job duties in alignment with organizational core values• Demonstrate client and patient-centered interactions• Oversee and schedule new patients, ensuring timely appointments• Ensure proper data entry and accuracy in front office processes• Verify insurance benefits and communicate information to patients• Schedule follow-up visits with the clinical team• Maintain clinic appearance and cleanliness• Assist therapists and clinical team with patient care• Assist patients with necessary paperwork• Interact with external customers, such as physician offices and insurance providers
Requirements
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail• Excellent time management skills• Ability to solve problems independently• Effective verbal and written communication with customers• Ability to work well in a team• Maintain confidentiality of patient information• Knowledge of insurance EOB preferred• Understanding of EMR/Revenue Cycle Management systems preferred• Minimum of a High School diploma (Associates preferred)• Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service and computer skills• 2 years of medical office experience preferred
