Estheticians are a core part of the Kalologie team, performing results-oriented facial and peel treatments, CoolSculpting, LHR and IPL – in addition to communicating the benefits of treatments, memberships, and products. Kalologie Estheticians are passionate about skin care, have a friendly and helpful manner, possess excellent communication skills, and take great pride in the quality of aesthetic treatments.WHO YOU ARE: A highly trained, skillful medical esthetician and laser technician, with CoolSculpting experience.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Deliver best-in-class cosmetic facials, peels, laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, and CoolSculptingCustomize specific sessions based on clients individual needsDeliver outstanding standard of care and customer serviceObtain client intake forms, consent forms, and documentationEducate clients on all Kalologie treatment and product offeringsActively promote the clinic, treatments, retail, and available promotionsEducate regarding procedures and products that complement the treatment and enhance the resultComply with required protocols, requests and compliance policiesPerform prep work, properly clean and restock room as requiredMaintain a clean and professional spa environmentContribute a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environmentArrive fifteen (15) minutes prior to scheduled work time for every shiftAssist in all areas of clinic operation as requested by managementWHAT YOU'LL HAVE:Maintain appropriate certification and licensureDemonstrate strong esthetic skills including proficiency in facial techniques, chemical peels laser and body contouring treatmentsAbility to effectively communicate with clients about treatment and membership benefitsAbility to work well as a team in a fast-paced environmentMust be reliable and punctual, on time every timeAbility to work a flexible schedule is a must, including some evenings and weekendsHold a high level of professionalism when interacting with clients, patients and staff membersMeticulous attention to detailExcellent customer service and consultative skillsWHAT WE OFFER: Kalologie offers a competitive salary with flexible schedules, generous service discounts, and ongoing training opportunities on new techniques, equipment and products.
