Position Summary:
You will play a pivotal role in supporting educational initiatives for our company representatives and healthcare professionals. Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you will develop and deliver engaging content for external pain management education. This role involves facilitating hands-on training courses, digital platforms, and virtual training sessions to enhance HCP knowledge and skills. Additionally, you will contribute to expanding our educational offerings, elevating our program to new heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate HCP training and education in Pain Management.
Support HCP thought leaders, faculty, and training programs.
Develop curriculum and content for educational opportunities, including centers of excellence and physician training programs.
Enhance existing training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Represent the Pain Management franchise at conferences and industry partner events.
Coordinate logistics for training events and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Manage inventory for event training and demonstrations.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum of two years' experience in medical device sales, marketing, or professional education.
Strong business acumen and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable.
Willingness to travel frequently (25% - 50%) and occasionally work weekends.
Ability to work in hospital OR and lab environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with virtual training platforms and event logistics.
Familiarity with thoracic, lung transplant, or trauma surgical procedures.
Previous interaction with sales management and physicians.
Understanding of compliance regulations in physician education.
Other Requirements:
Ability to perform physical tasks as needed, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
Completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
