Media Production Intern

Overview: We are seeking a motivated Media Production Intern to join our dynamic team and contribute to the end-to-end production process. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of production while working closely with industry professionals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for audio, post-production, and all aspects of content creation.
Responsibilities: Assist in all stages of production, from conception to completion, with a focus on improving and redefining processes. Contribute to the development and execution of creative treatments and production plans. Provide administrative support including booking, scheduling, and building relationships with stakeholders. Support producers with tasks such as casting, scheduling, and on-set assistance. Have the opportunity to specialize in areas such as photography and camera operation. Collaborate with the team to produce high-quality content for K-Love and Air1 platforms. Operate in a high-stress environment with small spaces and multiple team members, demonstrating excellent self-awareness and people skills. Qualifications: Pursuing a degree or recent graduate in communications, journalism, film and digital media, audio engineering, broadcast, or related fields. Strong interest and passion for production and the creative process. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting. Previous experience or coursework in production, audio engineering, or related fields is a plus. Additional Information: This is a full-time internship position. Samples of previous work or portfolio are welcome but not mandatory.
