We're on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary People Manager who can spearhead success by delivering against client goals and nurturing the growth of our Media Ops team. This team serves as the backbone of our revenue generation efforts, consistently achieving remarkable results quarter after quarter. Your Impact:
Collaborate with the Media Ops Director to drive strategic growth initiatives, meet quarterly and annual objectives, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Lead recruitment efforts, mentor team members, and facilitate their professional development journeys, from onboarding to career advancement.
Cultivate a culture of teamwork and collaboration within the Media Ops Team, fostering an environment where diverse perspectives are valued and employees are empowered to excel.
Implement performance management strategies, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and development plans, to maximize employee contribution and growth.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize performance, ensuring alignment with revenue targets and client objectives.
Streamline Media Ops processes, overseeing their effective execution while collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Yield Analysts, Ad Operations, Product, and Media Teams to enhance campaign performance and client satisfaction.
What You Bring to the Table:
5+ years of experience in remote team management within a digital environment.
Extensive background in yield optimization, inventory management, sales operations, or product management.
Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments, embracing feedback and collaboration to drive impactful outcomes.
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities, and project management expertise.
Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of digital advertising landscape and proficiency in tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, JIRA, and AirTable.
