As a Med Surg Registered Nurse at NCG Associates, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care in a medical-surgical unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic treatment. Your responsibilities will include administering medications, performing treatments, monitoring patient conditions, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Requirements Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg nursing experience Graduation from an accredited nursing program Strong knowledge of medical-surgical nursing principles, procedures, and standards of practice Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Ability to work effectively in a team environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays BLS certification (Basic Life Support) ACLS certification (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) preferred If you are a dedicated and experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding career opportunity, we invite you to join our team at NCG Associates. Required Qualifications: BSN preferred but we do take ADN with willingness to sign a contract to obtain BSN within 5 years, 2 years of RN experience
