Med Spa Front Desk Receptionist Location Ashburn, VA : Are you looking for a rewarding opportunity to enhance the guest experience in a fast paced, growing Med Spa setting? We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our valued clients. As the Front Desk Receptionist you will provides general office support with clerical activities and related tasks for multiple providers, enhance the guest experience with a welcoming presence and professionalism. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, directing calls to appropriate associates, flow of patients, perform check-in and check-out responsibilities as well as additional clerical duties.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Answer incoming calls, providing information about the company, including address, directions, fax numbers, and website details. Encourage callers to schedule initial consultations. Confirm appointments before new patient arrivals and perform accurate registrations using Jane App upon patient arrival. Complete patient check-in and check-out procedures following established office protocols, including capturing patient photos in a secure database. Verify information and ensure understanding of all consents and contracts during each patient check-in. Generate follow-up appointments and necessary paperwork based on the performed procedures. Operate various office equipment, such as printers, copiers, credit card and POS machines, and software applications. Greet patients with professionalism and warmth, striving to create an exceptional and positive experience for them. Handle patient inquiries and direct them to the appropriate individuals based on their needs. Comfortably take before and after patient photos and capture photos/video clips for social media content. Update patient records, including reward programs, to maintain accurate information. Ability to work comfortably towards productivity goals, contributing to the team's success. Education/Training/Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a Med Spa or medical office is preferred Familiarity with Jane App or other EMR systems is a plus Previous commission-based sales experience or business-to-consumer sales experience is a bonus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 per hour + bonus, with opportunities for growth based on performance
