What You Will Be Doing New Product Introductions (NPI) - Design and Development Lead Cost Reductions Efforts Quote Cost Estimates for New Projects Customer Spec Reviews and Analysis Comparisons Act as a Support Engineer for the life of the product Work with our Welding, Brazing, Heat Treating, and Machining Teams to come up with New Product Manufacturing Processes Maintain On-Schedule Delivery Process DMRs, ECNs, and MRB requests.  Process Failure Analysis What You Need for this Position A Strong Foundation of Experience with:
- Manufacturing Engineering
- Cost Estimates, and Cost Reduction Strategies
- NPI - New Product Intros
- Engineering Tolerance or Failure Analysis
- Corrective Action Plans
