Position Responsibilities: Development and/or improvement of production and maintenance methods and processes. Manage and execute engineering projects. Aid maintenance in troubleshooting equipment issues - much of the equipment operates on hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Manage contractors as required for project completion. Maintain budgetary, scheduling, and project database oversight, and report regularly to project manager to keep them informed of job progress, plans, and problems that could significantly affect costs or schedules. Designing and developing innovative solutions for continuous improvement. Determine project scope and design/acquire the necessary materials for implementation. Provide technical support for maintenance and operations and aid in troubleshooting systems. Work with engineering team on larger capital projects. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline (Required) 2+ years experience in maintenance/troubleshooting for hydraulic and/or pneumatic equipment 2+ years experience in a heavy manufacturing/industrial environment Experience leading small to medium Capital Projects and budgets About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
