Mechanic Level II position available. Salary: The expected pay rate for this position is $32.00-$40.00 per hour. The actual pay rate offered may vary on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications and/or location.



Responsibilities you and your team will be trusted with: Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, HVAC, and/or electrical discrepancies on various Ground Support Equipment (GSE) systems and subsystems. Repair, rebuild/overhaul equipment components Disassemble equipment, inspect for quality factors, and reassemble to engineering specifications. - Keeping the environment safe - follow and encourage regulatory commissions, OSHA compliances and EPA regulations. Professional interaction with internal and external customers. Document time worked and details on all work orders in system using company provided tablet Your areas of expertise and skills that matter the most for this role: 3+ years of service repair experience in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills. Experience with PLC and HVAC is a plus. Experience repairing and maintaining Mobile Heavy Equipment and related components (diesel-powered vehicles a plus). GSE experience is a plus Basic knowledge/performance of corrosion control utilizing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Experience using repair manuals, wiring (electrical) diagrams, and schematics (electrical and hydraulic) to troubleshoot and/or rebuild failed components. Ability to lift 50lbs stand, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, climb, and work in awkward positions and tight areas. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Complimentary skills to have: You will interact with customers so good written and verbal communication is key Legally eligible to work in the United States. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have a valid driver's license – you will get to drive some cool equipment! No travel restrictions – may get the chance to show your skills off in a different shop/state Your favorite tools are also invited!
