• Managing, cutting, and trimming meat and seafood• Assisting with department inventory, pricing integrity, and merchandising• Maintaining knowledge of products and assisting guests• Handling, slicing, cutting, and trimming meat and seafood products• Monitoring temperature of cases and storage areas• Enforcing and following department practices• Adhering to safety requirements and protocols• Working a flexible schedule
Requirements
• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat• Must be at least 18 years of age
