• Extensive knowledge of meat products• Desire to coach and mentor others• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills• Thorough product knowledge• Advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies• Proficient in financial performance assessment and inventory management• Decision-making ability and leadership skills• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office• 18+ months retail Team Member experience• 6+ months supervisory experience
