Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize materials and human resources in meat department• Merchandise, order, inventory, and price meat products• Ensure great customer service and achieve high associate morale• Promote company image as service-oriented operation• Achieve performance standards outlined in work and merchandising plan• Maintain inventory, security, and expense control of department• Resolve customer complaints and answer product questions• Merchandise department according to community needs• Train and develop associates, order and store product, prepare cuts• Control proper storage, achieve merchandising goals, and maximize sales
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent• Successful experience in meat operation• Complete training in meat operation• Ability to work with limited supervision• Must be Servsafe certified• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English• Authorized to work within the U.S.
