Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames. Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed. Files the MDS documents in residents' charts. Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information. Requirements: Current LPN/RN License Experience as a MDS Coordinator in a skilled nursing facility utilizing 3.0 Our Mission Committed to excellence in serving our community. Pay Rate: 35.00-40.00
