Business Overview: Reporting directly into the Head of CIB, the Financial Institutions Coverage Group ("FIC") is a global coverage group responsible for the origination, development, and management of strategic global institutional client relationships. FIC aims to be recognized as strategic client advisors, focusing on a "One Bank" approach to protect and build existing client wallet share, while selectively attracting new high potential clients. FIC also seeks to globalize client relationships through building strong cross-selling between regions and business lines, such as Global Markets and BNP Paribas Securities Services. FIC is committed to act as a Champion for BNP Paribas' Sustainability and Digital agendas with clients, and to act as the first line of defense (1LoD) for the firm from a regulatory, risk and compliance perspective.
Globally, FIC is organized across three regional hubs – EMEA, Americas, APAC – and has 428 professionals worldwide, based in over 30 countries. FIC is split across five institutional client sectors – Investors, Banks & Intermediaries, Insurance, Official Institutions and Financial Sponsors.
FIC Global Investors is responsible for driving the global cross product commercial strategy and senior relationships with the world's largest global Asset Managers, Hedge Funds and Pension Funds with respect to the overall cross product relationship those firms have with BNP Paribas. It is a dynamic team with 45 professionals present in 3 regions (EMEA, Americas and APAC), with New York, London, Paris, New York, and Hong Kong as main hubs.

Perceived as a person of high moral character; upholds corporate values and displays high ethical standards. Responsibilities:  Manage the US Hub Team Coordinate with Legal, Risk, OCRM, Trading Ops, KYC Ops, E2E, Client Integration to ensure that the client experience is exceptional. Drive internal change for FIC clients for each of BNP's Functions so that root cause problems are solved. Hold BNP accountable to ensure Operational Excellence / Service Agreements with appropriate functions. Build strong relationships with the leadership of all BNPP internal functions. Further institute regional roll-out of the above capabilities in EU and Asia. Build relationships with the client's corresponding functions. Manage the Analysts/Associate pool. Ensure standardization of processes across the team, excellence in support of the Bankers (Implement standard procedures resulting in exceptional Banker support while successfully achieving on client deliverables). Create a model framework to be rolled out in other regions.  Assist the Global Head of IC with strategic vision and long-term planning (starting with the 2024 Investors Business Plan) Drive and collaborate with global stakeholders to achieve execution. Define clear expectations, monitor results and progress. Build strong relationships with internal business stakeholders across Global Banking, Global Markets, Securities Services o    In conjunction with these teams, create a working group to develop a communication protocol to ensure real time discussion about relevant client information where appropriate.
·         Ensure processes that create strong communication with these stakeholders pertinent to client coverage.
o    Intensify the cross-sector, cross-regional and cross-platform reach to deliver "One Bank" to our clients.
o    Work with regional & sector Heads, COOs/Business managers, and RMs in the execution of these plans.
o    Extend the reach of coverage beyond CIB to include IPS (e.g., BNPP AM, Real Estate, Cardif, Wealth Management) and CPBS (Arval, Leasing, Retail) when appropriate.  
Ensure execution of projects and requests prioritized by Global FIC Management. Implement FIC Investors Global Governance and Reporting. Support Global Head with preparation and participant preparation. Define and execute on communication plan with CIB internal stakeholders, business partners, business heads to ensure that Investor Success is clear and transparent. Coordination and consolidation of the Global Investors Client Revenue Budget and Forecast Process Supporting Global Head Investor Coverage in budget related matters. Alignment with métiers and business lines revenue forecast and growth assumptions for the Investor pilot and contributor clients. Responsible for contributing to the ability of the business to adapt to developments in markets, client needs, technology, and client franchise development initiatives & cross-selling of other business lines initiatives.  Minimum Required Qualifications: +5 years' experience managing change through complex organizations. +8 years as a COO, CFO or Chief is staff at a financial institution including a bank, asset manager or hedge fund. Strong project management experience. Ability to build credibility and relationships with both internal/external stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prime brokerage experience a plus FINRA Registrations Required: Series 63, 79 CFTC Swap Dealer Associated Person (if yes, NFA Swaps Proficiency Program is required): Not Applicable SEC Security-Based Swap Dealer Associated Person: Not Applicable The expected starting salary range for this position is between $340,000 to $425,000 annually. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business line, and geographic/office location.
