Responsibilities
• Distribute materials for GMP operations following approved procedures• Ensure proper labeling accountability and adherence• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root cause• Pay attention to detail• Review GMP documentation associated with material control• Receive and rectify discrepancies in GMP materials• Ensure alignment with procedures for shipment of various materials• Work closely with QA to quarantine and release GMP materials• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse• Train junior personnel• Collaborate with various departments and support pre-clinical projects• Assess Materials Control operation and provide improvement recommendations• Compile and maintain inventory records• Have knowledge of Deviation, CAPA, and Change Control processes• Understand process quality controls for raw material integrity• Receive and control company-generated material• Assist with internal audits• Work under general supervision to meet project goals• Perform any other assigned duties
Requirements
• GED or High School Diploma required• At least 6 months of general warehouse experience• Ability to walk, stand, and bend for extended periods of time• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
