Job Summary: Having accurate item master information assists various teams in ordering, manufacturing, and payment. This position will coordinate material master setup within the various ERP systems. Position will gather and review product information for accuracy and completeness which is being submitted by teams.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintains the Product Launch form for Material setup.Verifies all required information has been submitted for material setupCoordinates review of material setup information with required departments. (Example: Tax, regulatory, accounting, and operations.Communicates status of material setup to the requestor/supplierWorks with Suppliers on needed changes or clarifications on their supplied items.Any special projects as assigned by Management

Education and Experience
Education and Experience: High school diploma, and one-year minimum experience in an office business environment. Knowledge of MRP system and customer service is a plus.
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
