Master Manufacturing Engineering Technician Location Greenwood, SC : Eaton's Power Reliability Division is currently seeking a Master Manufacturing Engineering Technician. This role is based out of Greenwood, SC. The expected annual salary range for this role is $58,500 - $85,800 a year.

The Master ME Technician is responsible for supporting the Manufacturing Engineering team in the activities in improving machine up-time.
What you'll do: The Master Manufacturing Engineering Technician will diagnose, plan, and perform all operations necessary to install, modify, troubleshoot, repair, overhaul, rebuild and dismantle various types of complex manufacturing equipment with special focus on advanced troubleshooting on control systems and PLCs.
Support the development of new assembly and machining processes. Partner with Manufacturing Engineer (ME) to maintain and update process documentation. Work with MEs to perform root cause and failure analysis as required. Assists the maintenance department in troubleshooting equipment breakdowns Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Electronics Technology or other related Engineering discipline from an accredited institution and five years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance OR High school diploma and 8 years of experience in electrical/electronic maintenance experience. Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Greenwood, SC will be considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in Electronics Technology from an accredited institution. Ten (10) years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of PLC systems. Skills: Hands on approach to solving equipment problems. Ability to interpret technical specifications as well as mechanical drawings and electrical schematics. Efficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with other functional areas Position requires clear communication with the production team, other functional groups including engineering and front-end resources, and plant management. Will be called upon to lead training for other teams.
