Position Overview:
As a Massage Therapy Instructor, you will play a vital role in guiding students through their educational journey, imparting both theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for a career in massage therapy.
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
Provide comprehensive instruction in massage techniques, anatomy, physiology, pathology, and client assessment.
Demonstrate proper techniques, safety practices, and ethical standards.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student engagement and growth.
Offer hands-on guidance during practical sessions and clinical practice.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Address individual learning needs and provide support as required.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in massage therapy.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
Mentor and inspire students as they progress in their massage therapy journey.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and program initiatives.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Massage Therapist certification in good standing.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a massage therapist.
Prior teaching or training experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of massage therapy principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, enthusiasm, and passion for educating and mentoring.
Organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in instructional technology.

Hours and Availability: Day and Evening Positions, with partial work-from-home/remote options.
