We're looking for a Sales Champion who is ready to take their career to the next level within the vibrant construction and masonry industry. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but at minimum, you should have a High School Diploma or GED. At least 2+ years of outside sales or account management experience, with a strong preference for individuals with construction industry and/or stone experience. A proven track record of achieving sales goals and objectives. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives. Proficiency in creating sales forecasts and action plans to meet ambitious sales targets and company objectives. Experience with CRM software and a good command of MS Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. A dynamic, outgoing personality, combined with a high level of integrity and an entrepreneurial spirit. Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential customers through various outreach efforts to build a robust sales pipeline and market our leading stone products. Deliver compelling presentations highlighting the features and benefits of our product line. Strategically manage accounts to hit assigned sales targets, focusing on specific clients and geographic areas. Serve as the go-to expert on design trends within the stone industry, always ready to answer customer queries about our products, pricing, and custom capabilities. Document all sales activities in our internal CRM tool for effective pipeline management and sales tracking. Willingness to travel at least 25% of the time to meet with clients and prospects.
