Masa Mixer - Rd Shift

Our Home is seeking a skilled and dedicated masa mixer to join our manufacturing team on third shift. As a masa mixer, you will be responsible for preparing the necessary ingredients to produce our high-quality products. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to follow strict quality standards. The typical work schedule for the masa mixer on third shift is Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:30AM.
Responsibilities: Load bags of masa flour into the mixer. Inspect and load grinding stones into the grinding machine. Measure and add the correct amount of water and other ingredients to the masa mix. Operate mixing equipment according to established guidelines. Assist with moving products and materials within the production area. Follow all safety and quality procedures. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other tasks as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Prior experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Good communication and teamwork skills. Flexibility to work on second shift.
