All of this is enabled by our world-class, smartphone-based 3D body scanning technology, commercially known as CurveCapture® (medical) and Verifyt® (retail).About the Role:We're seeking a strategic and analytical VP of Marketing to join our team to lead our consumer-facing efforts. As our VP of Marketing, you'll work directly with the executive team to set growth objectives and create a roadmap for our go-to-market strategy. The VP of Marketing will report directly to the CEO.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute mutli-channel marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our app, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product vision. Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively to support campaign execution and achieve business objectives within financial constraints. Lead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence to achieve ambitious targets. Oversee the development and implementation of brand positioning and messaging strategies across various marketing channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, continuously optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and design, to inform strategic decision-making and drive product innovation based on market insights and customer feedback. Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic partners and industry stakeholders to amplify brand awareness and foster strategic alliances that accelerate user growth. Stay on top of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, leveraging insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics proactively.Preferred Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred. Proven track record of 8-10 years in senior marketing roles within B2C environments, preferably with experience in app,tech, or startupcompanies. Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 3-5 years in managerial positions, driving cross-functional teams to deliver results in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies and initiatives. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and achieving ambitious growth targets. Deep understanding of marketing technologies, trends, and best practices, with a passion for staying ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
