Job Responsibilities Ensures cafe's daily signage is accurate and formatted correctly, handwriting signage as needed. Assists with marketing events and promotions from coordination to breaking down. Places orders for marketing supplies, signage and packaging needs. Assists with cafe photography, videography and copywriting for social media promotions. May serve as a moderator/host for cooking demos and other marketing events Assists with administrative works (project coordination, scheduling meetings, formulating meeting notes, maintaining a filing system on Google shared Drive) Assists with organizing marketing supplies in storage and office. May serve as a moderator/host for cooking demos and other marketing events. Qualifications Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Experience in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus but not required. Skilled multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Detail-oriented. Can transport up to 25 lbs. Ability to set-up displays according to Marketing monthly focuses and events.
