Why You Would Be a Fit
As the Marketing Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's industry presence, corporate communications, and brand strategy. Utilizing your expertise in marketing, public relations (PR), and communications, you will lead initiatives to establish thought leadership, execute PR campaigns, and ensure a cohesive and impactful brand image.
This role involves collaborating with our marketing and leadership teams to strategically position us in the market. By leveraging target metrics, you will ensure the health and continuous growth of our market presence. Your central role in driving brand awareness and recognition will include implementing highly effective PR and communication strategies that resonate with our target audiences and foster lasting connections.

Stakeholder Engagement and Industry Positioning
Develop strategic plans to establish company executives and key personnel as thought leaders, identifying key topics, channels, and audiences for disseminating thought leadership content.
Plan and oversee strategic initiatives leveraging internal expertise and research to influence industry standards and practices.
Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with industry influencers, potential partners, and professional groups.
Analyst Relations
Establish a strong presence with industry analysts and research firms to position our company as a leader in our space.
Leverage analyst insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance market positioning.
Corporate Communications
Lead the creation of a strategic communications plan that articulates our mission, vision, and values both internally and externally.
Direct communication flow to ensure that all corporate messaging supports strategic business objectives and enhances corporate culture.
Public Relations
Develop a comprehensive PR strategy aligned with our strategic objectives, enhancing our reputation and positioning us as a market leader.
Set the vision for the brand's long-term identity and market positioning, ensuring alignment with overarching strategic goals.
Define the brand architecture and guide strategic direction for all brand-related initiatives, ensuring a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
Craft high-level strategies for managing the company's reputation, including proactive measures for reputation enhancement and reactive strategies for potential crises.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing PR strategies, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Manage budget allocation for marketing initiatives and ensure optimal utilization.
Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies to augment shared services capabilities.
Create brand identity content that will increase brand awareness and improve our positioning in the marketplace.
Collaborate with senior leaders to position their roles and brand identity in the final-mile delivery space.
Utilize key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement to assess the performance of published pieces.
Customize communication strategies based on demographic, psychographic, and behavioral data.
Measure the impact of reputation management strategies on brand perception.
What You Bring to the Team
Experience
Minimum 5 years of proven marketing strategy experience focusing on corporate communications, brand management, and industry positioning.
Technical Proficiency
Proficiency in using CRM systems (preferably Hubspot) to manage customer data, track interactions, and inform targeted marketing strategies.
In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and the latest trends in organic search.
Analytical Skills
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
Communication
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
Adaptability
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage team projects with many moving parts.
Team Collaboration
Proven experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
Problem-Solving
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop innovative and effective communication strategies.
What We Offer
Compensation: The base salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000 annually. We consider various factors in determining actual pay, including your skills, qualifications, experience, education or training, and location.
