• Create, distribute, and collect records of program participants• Create program activities and accurate participant records in unique databases• Stay updated on new products, services, and benefits for potential new members• Interact in person with potential customers• Drive self-generated lead activity to build a referral pipeline• Greet and assist community members• Provide day to day administrative support to the event manager
Requirements
• High School diploma or GED required• College degree in a related field is desirable• 0-2 years of experience in Customer Service Representative, Sales, or Marketing• Team-oriented with the ability to create solutions independently• Driven to further one's career and make an impact• Dedication to good attendance and punctuality• Devotion to the company's mission
