JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist(Campaigns) to spearhead the development of campaigns and internaleducation initiatives at MSA. As a key member of our team, you will playa pivotal role in strengthening our market presence and positioning thefirm for growth opportunities. This role offers the opportunity to workon diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in adynamic and supportive environment. This position is located in any ofour 17 office locations in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, and Minnesota,with remote work flexibility. The work you may do Manage multipleprojects and responsibilities effectively and independently. Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align withoverall business objectives. Oversee the implementation and execution ofemail/social media/online/direct mail campaigns from end-to-end,including strategy, testing plan, creative development, reviews,milestone tracking, execution, and performance analysis. Conduct marketresearch and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, andcompetitive insights. Review speaking engagement requirements andprepare abstracts and presentation collateral to promote MSA\'s thoughtleadership. Develop and maintain campaign-related marketing materials,including brochures, pamphlets, and other aides. Maintain marketinginformation systems, including DAM, ERP, and CRM. Support internal andexternal client event strategy, development, and coordination. Developand manage campaigns that support MSA\'s business and strategic plans togenerate new business for the firm. Three years of experience or equivalent combination of educationand experience in marketing and/or sales. Familiarity with ESPplatforms, specifically Constant Contact or similar. Proficiency with MSOffice products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Adobe CreativeSuite, specifically InDesign, preferred. Previous experience in theA/E/C industry or similar strongly preferred.
