Responsibilities
• Communicate with parents and students about the benefits of meal plans• Distribute marketing material and promotional items• Present information to customers and answer questions about dining services• Host events during orientation and move-in weekend• Assist with marketing events• Input client data and work towards sales goals• Maintain customer satisfaction and retain meal plan members• Assist in educating and selling meal plans• Issue contracts and collect documentation• Work with team members to contract meal plans• Maintain consistent brand in outreach and communications• Assist with social media management• Create content for social media posts• Maintain social media calendar• Act professionally in all interactions
Requirements
• Enrolled in six or more credit hours• Available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week• Comfortable working in a professional environment with exposure to clients• Able to work independently and meet deadlines• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
