As a Marketing & Promotions Assistant, you will work closely with our marketing team to execute marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional activities, and support event planning efforts. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to develop essential skills in marketing, event management, and promotions while making a positive impact through meaningful fundraising events.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote fundraising events. Coordinate promotional activities, including distributing marketing materials and managing social media channels. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for digital and print marketing materials. Assist in event planning and logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site support. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for event growth and improvement. Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred. Previous experience in marketing, promotions, or event planning is a plus but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
